One More Step
A life is rarely changed by one dramatic moment.
More often, it is shaped by the next necessary step we take before we can see the whole road ahead.
Progress often begins quietly.
Getting out of bed.
Starting.
Returning after we have stopped.
Continuing to practice before there is any visible sign of improvement. Finishing one small thing. Choosing not to let one difficult day become the end of the journey.
From the outside, these actions may look small. But they are real steps—the kind that gradually change a life.
“One more step” does not mean forcing yourself forward at all times.
Sometimes the next step is rest. Sometimes it is asking for help, beginning again with something smaller, changing your approach, or returning after a day you missed.
What matters is keeping a connection to what you truly value.
Begin. Return. Keep going.
One more step.
